Our three-step process starts with a free measured site survey and design, continues with precision manufacture in our workshop, and finishes with professional on-site installation and a final snag check. We design, make and fit timber staircases and balustrades that meet building regulations and prioritise structural integrity and finish quality. Repairs, replacements and bespoke solutions are all covered, with attention to access, handrail heights and long-term performance from initial survey to handover.

How It Works
Survey and measured design
We carry out a detailed site survey, take precise measurements and produce a measured drawing and material specification for sign-off.
Workshop manufacture
Experienced joiners cut, assemble and finish each component in our workshop to control quality, stability and paint or oil schedules.
On-site installation and snagging
Install follows with structural fixings, balustrade setting and a final snag check to ensure safe handrail heights and a flawless finish.

Bespoke design and material choice. We work with hardwoods such as oak and ash, engineered timbers and painted softwood to suit the property. Each staircase is specified for rise, going and load capacity and detailed for balustrade spacing, newel design and handrail ergonomics. If you need a turned timber spindle look, minimalist glass and steel balustrade, or a mixed-material stair, we provide measured drawings and finish samples before manufacture.
Repairs, replacements and on-site care. Worn treads, loose spindles and raking skirting are repaired to match existing profiles or replaced with a new, robust assembly.
